A Swedish apartment that is beyond magnificent

This incredibly fascinating apartment spotted on Esny is located in Stockholm’s Artsy Birkastan neighborhood. The residence features its own entrance with generous open space on a split-level with a private patio; this is a calm oasis in the middle of the pulse. The floor is divided into three planes, for a total of 1,657 square feet (154 square meters) of living area.
This bright and spacious apartment with high ceilings has been tastefully decorated. With splashes of bold color throughout, the home gives off an industrial feel with exposed duct work and modern décor and a charming façade. The entrance of the home leads to a large opening to the living room and kitchen in an open plan lounge.
The kitchen is clean with a red freestanding SMEG fridge/freezer adding a punch of color. There is a handy bar with seating that extends to the kitchen towards the main lounge which has an enormous arched window with views towards the street. A stylish staircase with built in lighting leads up to theirown entrance to the courtyard and private outdoor seating area, ideal for social occasions. The stairway also leads down to quite roomy surfaces with good storage. The spacious master bedroom features wallpaper from Cole & son with designer fittings and a window with views onto the courtyard.
