Lavish Stockholm penthouse with delightful details

 Today we bring to you this fabulous Stockholm, Sweden penthouse loft discovered onSkeppsholmen. Completely remodeled a few years ago, this home is chalk full of luxurious modern updates. The spacious loft of two floors spans 1,087 square feet (101 square meters) with an open floor plan characterized by wooden floors in oiled walnut, underfloor heating, spotlights and built-in speakers as well as substantial natural light through voluminous windows. Upon entrance to the home is a large social space consisting of living room and a kitchen in matte white, with walnutcountertops and stainless steel equipment. A luxurious master bath features a wonderful soaker tub and glass shower, Italian tiles, heated towel rail and washing machine and dryer.

Fabulous retreat in the Mallorcan countryside

 This gorgeous farmhouse in Mallorca, Spain, spotted on Nuevo Estilo, located in a semi-rural enclave, has grown and transformed with its many different owners. The current owners, a family with four children, decided to reform this holiday home, enlarging it to suit their needs of entertaining large groups of family and friends who regularly visit.

Magnificent South African home breathes new life

 Moss Oaklands Residence is a stunning property in Cape Town, South Africa designed by studioNico Van Der Meulen Architects. The scope of the project was to remodel a 1950s residence, breathing new life back into the home and giving it more of an urban feel. Here is a brief descriptionof the project from the architects, “Alterations and additions were made to the original building to allow for four bedrooms and large entertaining areas.
