The owners sought a traditional image with a contemporary
touch. The construction was divided into three parts; the central
part hosts the lounge, which opens up to a garden through glass that slides
into the facade. This open living space is separated by a slight drop that
flows into the dining room. On the other side of the dining room is
the kitchen and the master bedroom is situated on the opposite wing.
The furnishings follow the same refined architecture
guidelines, minimal, clean and simple. Steel and wood are the main
elements, along with concrete polishing, present on the floor of the house and
on the walls of the bathroom. Raw elements and splashes of graphic black and
white tones rounds out the aesthetic environment. Everything is beautiful,
useful and light: a harmonic balance, which gives the starring role to the
nature, to the garden of Mediterranean species, showing its splendor with
little irrigation and gives aromas of orange blossom and lavender.
